• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do! All international orders are shipped with tracking. Ability to track delivery once your order leaves the US depends on your local shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any local VAT Fees or Taxes incurred. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, including your State or Providence, Full Name, and Phone number for Customs.

  Any orders returned due to non-payment of fees are non-refundable. Items returned due to incorrect Address are non-refundable, but can be reshipped if item is received back and new shipping fee in paid. Original shipping fees is non-refundable. Please contact us to re-ship.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Since most items are handmade, once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-7 business days, or up to 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on item(s) ordered and the efficiency of your local postal service. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are not responsible once order is shipped. If item is returned to sender for any reason, please contact us to see if order can be re-shipped.

  If you need your order by a certain date, please Contact Us with name of item(s) and size(s), (if applicable), prior to purchase for an exact shipping estimate or to request rush order.

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on customs.

• Do you accept Custom Orders?

  Jewelry: Yes, we accept custom order requests on most Jewelry and The "Miss World" Powder Puff. Please Contact Us with item name and customization request prior to purchase. A small additional fee is applied to most Custom Orders, for additional labor and materials. There is no additional fee for minor sizing requests on Jewelry.

  T-Shirts/Tops: Some Tees are available in other colors, please Contact Us to inquire about availability and pricing. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any custom prints at this time.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
